DELIVERY
We offer free standard delivery on UK orders over £35. For orders below £35 or from outside of the UK, our prices are as follows:
UK Standard Delivery (3-4 days) - £2.99
UK Express Delivery (1-2 days) - £5.50
EU (5-14 working days) - £9
USA & Canada (10-14 working days) - £12
Orders placed before 1pm will be sent out on that day. Orders placed after 1pm will be sent out the following working day.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your items in the following circumstances:
· The item has been purchased on the ELIA ESSENTIALS website.
· The item is returned in its original condition, unworn.
· The item is safely packed to avoid damage in transit and contains your returns sheet.
We will refund your full return, minus initial shipping fees.
